Petal Studio reserves the right to charge an increased delivery charge that is payable by the customer under particular circumstances which may include the delivery location being outside of the listed delivery areas; incorrect delivery information provided at the time of order; or difficulty or delays in result of misleading information provided.

If your items fail to be delivered, they will be returned to Petal Studio and the additional delivery fee will be incurred by the purchasing customer. Another day of delivery will be required thus incurring additional charges.

Accurate delivery details and contact numbers for the recipient will enable Petal Studio to deliver accurately and within the scheduled time and day.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

When you purchase items from our store, we collect the personal information provided to us such as name, address, telephone and email.

Email marketing (if applicable with your permission) we may send you emails about updates, products and sales.

CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a purchase transaction such as placing an order, delivery addresses, return of a purchase, it is implied that you have consented to the collection of personal information and the application in using the information for the specific reason.

Should you wish to withdraw the consent of information, please contact team@petalstudio.com.au to indicate the decision to withdraw consent.

DISCLOSURE

In accordance by law, we may disclose your information should there be any void to our Terms of Service.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Petal Studio ensures that every order is guaranteed by fresh flower quality, style and value to the purchaser.

Petal Studio reserves the right to make substitutions to the order to ensure the highest standard of product is provided.

Petal Studio is open Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 3pm and Saturday 8:30 to 1pm

We deliver Monday to Saturday and are closed Public Holidays.

On line orders can be placed prior to 11am to ensure same day delivery.  If you require same day delivery after 11am, please contact us (08) 6245 2660 to ensure we are able to meet the requirement of delivery.  Every effort will be made to ensure the requested delivery time.

Cancellations or altering of orders need to be made within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Redelivery will concur an additional delivery fee should incorrect information of the delivery address is provided.

Flowers will be returned to Petal Studio should we deem it unsafe to leave the order at the door of the recipient.

If the recipient is not home to accept the delivery, our couriers will ensure the items are left in a safe and secure location if possible.  Should a secure location not be identified, our courier will leave a note in the letterbox of the recipient, then advising to contact Petal Studio as the flowers will be returned to the Studio.

REFUND POLICY

Petal Studio goes to great lengths to source the very best flowers and products for you our customers.

Flowers sold online are perishable and the life span of a flower is dependent on the variety, season, environment and care, which results in the varied life span for different flowers.

Flower availability depends on seasonality and market availability.  As a result not all products are exactly what is pictured. By accepting the terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be product differences between images and produced goods.

Flowers generally have a 3-7 day life span.

Petal Studio reserves the right to request photographic evidence of images of the original flowers. Any dissatisfaction of the freshness of the flowers can be communicated to our team within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist us in quality control, we may request to collect the original flowers. With regret we cannot arrange a redelivery of replacement flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of, or images are unavailable.Any refunds will be processed via the same method of payment.  Electronic refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.
